Database objective : To evaluate the maintenance of golimumab therapy 24 months after initial prescription in adult patients with chronic inflammatory rheumatism in clinical practice in France The primary endpoint is the total percentage of patients who maintained treatment with golimumab two years after the initial prescription. Patients ayant donné leur consentement oral pour participer après avoir reçu des informations orales et écrites à propos de l'étude. 3. Patients ayant un diagnostic de rhumatisme inflammatoire chronique. 4. Patients ayant une prescription initiale hospitalière de golimumab mais n'ayant pas encore initié le traitement par golimumab. 5. Patients capables de comprendre et remplir les questionnaires d'auto-évaluation Non-inclusion : 1. Patients traités antérieurement par golimumab et ayant arrêté le traitement avant l'inclusion. 2. patients ayant participé à des études précédentes du golimumab 3. Patients ayant déjà commencé le traitement par golimumab avant l'inclusion et étant sous traitement au moment de l'inclusion. 4. Patients présentant des pathologies ou conditions qui, selon l'investigateur, limiteraient la capacité du patient à participer totalement à l'étude ou à respecter tous les impératifs de l'étude; Inclusion: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older. 2. Patients who gave oral consent to participate after receiving oral and written information about the study. 3. Patients with a diagnosis of chronic inflammatory rheumatism. 4. Patients with an initial hospital prescription of golimumab but not yet having initiated treatment with golimumab. 5. Patients able to understand and complete the self-evaluation questionnaires Non-inclusion: 1. Patients previously treated with golimumab and discontinuing treatment prior to inclusion. 2. Patients who participated in previous golimumab trials 3. Patients who had already begun treatment with golimumab prior to inclusion and were receiving treatment at the time of inclusion. 4.
