This study does not change the usual practices of the physician with respect to their patient.Evaluer le taux de prescription du test KRAS chez des patients débutant un traitement de première ligne d'un cancer colorectal métastatique. Objectifs secondaires: - Décrire les raisons éventuelles de non prescription de ce test - Décrire et analyser les caractéristiques cliniques des patients et les traitements prévus et reçus en première ligne métastatique - Décrire et analyser le délai d'obtention du résultat du test KRAS et le circuit (qui fait la demande, quand) et l'attitude thérapeutique adoptée pendant cette période - Analyser l'impact de la disponibilité du test KRAS et de son résultat sur le choix thérapeutique du médecin - Décrire la technique utilisée pour l'analyse, le type de mutation (si disponible) et la modalité de report des résultats aux cliniciens (compte rendu de résultat)Evaluate the KRAS test prescription rate in patients starting a first-line treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer.
