Estimer l'incidence des CPTNI : complications pulmonaires tardives non infectieuses - Caractériser leurs aspects cliniques, radiologiques et fonctionnels respiratoires initiaux et évolutifs - Rechercher les facteurs favorisant leur survenue Objectif secondaire : - Disposer d'estimations de l'incidence des CPTNI des ACSH (allogreffe de cellules souches hématopoïétique) sur une cohorte prospective non sélectionnée, permettant de mettre en œuvre une étude prospective multi-centrique de cohorte pronostique ayant une puissance statistique satisfaisante Database objective : General objective - To estimate the incidence of LONIPC: Late-onset non-infectious pulmonary complications - To characterise clinical and radiological aspects as well as initial and progressive respiratory function - To investigate factors leading to occurrence Secondary objective: -
